Description:
Australia--the "Land Down Under"--offers visitors a cornucopia of natural wonder unlike any in the world. Global Crossroad's Conservation volunteer in Australia Program takes volunteers to one of the world's most spectacular continents, one of endless sparkling beaches, dense tropical rainforests, arid desert lands, and the renowned "outback" with its unique animal species.
Through the collaborative efforts of Global Crossroad and its partner grassroots organizations, volunteers enjoy the natural enchantment of Australia while supporting local efforts to preserve its pristine environment. Our unique Conservation Experience in Australia provides volunteers with the rewarding opportunity to protect, preserve, and restore Australia's enchanting natural sites in locations that are urban, regional, and remote.
