Description:
The Centre for Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) in the Central Region is looking for one committed individual to assist them with the daily running of their office. This is a good opportunity for undergraduate students looking to contribute to the awareness of Human Rights issues in Ghana. The successful candidate will be available for a minimum of two months.
Highlights:
Volunteers can expect to be challenged by a consistent workload and will be responsible for assisting with filing, typing, correspondence, planning, public education and other general duties as outlined by the current volunteer lawyer.
Qualifications / Skills Needed:
* A minimum of a High School Diploma is desired
* Good to Excellent computer skills
* Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
* Some knowledge of filing systems and coding
* Some knowledge of human rights law is desirable but is not required
* Patience

Currently the fee for a six-week placement is US$700 with discounts for longer placements. This fee covers the cost of airport pick-up, two meals daily, communal living accommodations, and 24/7 in country support throughout your stay.
