REAL Gap is a leading volunteer abroad organization, also offering programs including paid work, learning a language, teaching English, round the world, adventure and sports, from 2 weeks to 2 years.All our travel advisors have been there and done it. They love talking about their experiences so give them a call, and they will help make sure that the program you choose will be the right one for you. We take safety, ethics and your enjoyment very seriously. We have a 24 hour emergency helpline and all our projects are ethically run and assessed for their community impact. We also run a buddy system so that if you're a solo traveler, we can put you in touch with others traveling at the same time.

If you want to explore, you can and you can tack on a 2-week trip to the beach to relax after your excursion. If you want to travel independently for 6 months and then pick up one of our programs along the way, well you can do that too...
