Description: This project will need a volunteer who can develop a project plan for at least three RUDEC projects to help the project get funding and be able to sustain.

Qualifications / Skills Needed: The qualifications needed for this project is a volunteer who should be willing to stay for at least about 6 months and should have a degree in business planning or master in project management.

Rural Development Centre (RUDEC Cameroon)'s Mission Statement: RUDEC aims to serve the neediest members of the rural communities of Cameroon's Boyo Division through the creation of education, social and economic empowerment projects The purpose of the RUDEC is to create employment opportunities and support small farm and home-based small businesses using organic farming, thus fighting poverty in rural areas by creating awareness on the sustainable management of natural resources The means of fulfilling the mission and purpose of the RUDEC is to provide training, education, support, and other learning and health activities that enhance the quality of life of groups and individuals including children, youth, adults and older adults.
