Description:
Make a lasting difference through volunteering during this once in a lifetime opportunity to travel to Lebanon, immerse yourself into the local communities, and experience the culture firsthand. GeoVisions' Conversation Corps provides native English speakers a chance to live with a Lebanese family and teach them conversational English. This opportunity will be an amazing adventure of living in your teaching environment and being completely immersed in the fascinating culture of Lebanon. This position is incredibly unique and requires a lot of energy and dedication to working with the family and coming up with creative ways to help teach them English. We provide the materials and you provide the personality to liven up a family class or dinner conversation!
The Need: Volunteer 15 hours a week helping your host family with Conversational English. That's it. Many Lebanese families want to learn English or improve their English through conversation. They are willing to provide a private room and 3 home-cooked, healthy meals each day.

* Tip the advantage to you by enhancing your resume by volunteering with the Conversation Corps. Job: "Private Language Tutor." References: Global. It just doesn't get any better than that.
