Description:
The position at Umm El-Fahem Gallery requires a motivated and ambitious person. Duties may include:
- Fundraising
- Website content contribution and editorial maintenance
- Gallery Maintenance
- Assistance with children's workshops
- Event coordination and organization
Volunteers will stay in 2-person rooms on the gallery premises. Food at the local market should cost between 5-10 USD a day.
Highlights:
Volutneers will work 4-8 hour days, and have 1-2 off days a week. During time off, volunteers are encouraged to travel around the area and see the surrounding cities in Israel, including the city of Haifa, Akko, Tiberius, and Nazareth. Each city offers distinct cultural attractions and interesting viewpoints and sights.
